Over my 35-year career I've been privileged to collaborate with leaders of organizations to enhance strategic messaging by creating multi-media content and disseminating it to impact audiences.
With my interviewing techniques lights, cameras and microphones disappear yielding to a deep and genuine story-telling experience. A space of comfort, confidence and trust is created. Within this environment participants re-connect to, and share, what inspires, motivates, feeds and sustains their career and personal lives. When told in this manner assets become tools to educate, motivate, and invigorate audiences throughout the organization. Assets are edited to represent “best-of” messaging. The editing process is engineered to provide strategic points-of-contact for review, refining and approvals. Content is then disseminated and contribute to building an accessible go-to library. Legacy work for me, above all else, is helping others to remember, celebrate and deepen the value they to bring to their professional and private lives.
